Embedding video


I am becoming frustrated as I can not seem to figure out how to embed a video. The problem I think lies in the fact that I don't have any videos on my computer so I am trying to save them from either youtube or google video and having no luck when I go to download them to be embedded. I am seriously exhausted and 5:30 will be here sooner than I can to think about at this moment. When I am feeling a bit more rested and my eyes aren't crossed I will try my hand at embedding again. If there are any suggestions as to what I might be doing wrong I am open to any ideas. Please just make suggestions simple. Thanks

    Jessica,
    When you find a video you like on youtube, on the right hand side is an embed like. Copy this link and return to your blog tools. Paste this code in the html tag. This will embed the video you want. I hope this helps. Good Luck
